It is all woodland based and split into three circuits, Blue (easy) - Going along a simple wide tracks and throw less challenging terrain. Red circuit (Hard) going off the woodland track and into the woods where each person will have to navigate between trees and much more bumpy terrain....a little more challenging and a lot of fun. Black circuit (expert) is going really deep into the woodland where you go though over growth and tight tree's corners. There will be unexpected obstacles to clear and also some big hills to climb and descend. The aim is to have a go at all the circuits in one session working our way up through difficulty as the group gets better. There will also be random challenges along the way such as crossing a big balance beam, riding on one wheel and quad bike limbo.
